Prices are subject to change with out notice with the exception of ball pythons that we have received a deposit for.

A Deposit of 25% is required to reserve all ball pythons. If your deposit is for a future hatchling the deposit is not refundable if we produce the ball python(s) you ordered. If your deposit is for a ball python in current inventory we will hold the animal for a prearranged period of time & the deposit is not refundable. If for any reason you are unable to take possession of an animal you have reserved, all deposits and payments are nonrefundable. However, a credit may be issued at our discretion.

Payment is due in full before the ball python(s) will be shipped. We accept the following methods of payment at this time: Visa, MasterCard, cashiers check, money order, personal check or business check. However if you pay with a personal or business check the ball python(s) will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Make all checks payable to: Graziani Reptiles Inc., thank you.

Shipping - We offer a number of shipping methods. First, Delta airfreight collect to your nearest major airport (animals are declared at their full value and live arrival is guaranteed by Delta). Delta requires all airfreight collect shipments to be booked 24 hours in advance. Second Delta Dash (Be advised $750.00 is the maximum declared value on all Delta Dash shipments). Third option is FedEx door to door (no guarantee by FedEx). If receiving via Delta please inspect the ball python(s) at the airport in front of a Delta representative. If a ball python(s) has expired, your claim is with Delta not with Graziani Reptiles Inc. You must make a claim before leaving the airport. If there are any other problems with the ball python(s) you must notify us with in 24 hours. Contact us for current shipping costs.

Florida residents must add 7% sales tax to all orders.

International Shipping - We are a licensed exporter and will ship worldwide. There is a $500.00 export fee that includes all CITIES permits & inspections in the US only.
